Timothy Robert Jones Obituary, Death – HERMITAGE, Pennsylvania (MyValleyTributes) – In honour of… In recognition of… Timothy Robert Jones, age 79, from Hermitage, Tennessee, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Thursday, June 1, 2023.  On May 1st, 1944, Mr. Jones was born in the town of Sharon. Both of his parents, Clarence and Mary “Helene” (Eichinger) Jones, had already passed away before to the birth of their son.

Before he enlisted in the United States Navy in 1962, he had spent his entire life in this part of the country. Tim, a veteran who has a great deal of pride for the time he spent serving his country during the Vietnam War, was assigned to the USS Providence CLG-6 and served in the Pacific Theatre of Operations at that time.
Over the course of more than 40 years, he was the sole proprietor of Timothy R. Jones Tree Service and controlled all of its operations, carrying out work primarily in eastern Ohio and western Pennsylvania. His responsibilities included completing tree work in these regions. Tim was had the opportunity to collaborate on projects with his sons Robert, Mike, and Tim, as well as a significant number of his children and daughters’ closest friends from when they were little.
Tim was a very involved member of the First Presbyterian Church in Sharon, where he served as the head of maintenance and had done so for the previous ten years after retiring. He also served as the head of maintenance for the previous ten years after retiring. Aside from this, he was highly active in the Constructors for Christ Missionary and made contributions for the construction of 25 homes in Piedras Negras, Mexico. In a similar fashion, Tim offered his time to help build houses for Habitat for Humanity in the neighbourhood where he lives. He was a chess fanatic who delighted in the chance to test his abilities against opponents who were willing to play against him. In addition to that, he was an expert when it came to working with wood. More than anything else in the world, Tim placed the utmost importance on the relationships he shared as a spouse, father, and grandfather.
