Terri Bensch Obituary, Death – After a long battle with sickness, Mrs. Terri Bensch, who had previously served as a music and art instructor at St. Matthias, passed away yesterday. We offer this news with the utmost regret. So many of Mrs. Bensch’s pupils have benefited from her enthusiasm for the arts, music, and performing. We absolutely adored the songs that she selected for us to sing, and she was a wonderful instructor overall.
We were given a guided tour of the White House and had the opportunity to sing on the Ellipse. Terri is a big reason why so many students and instructors at St. Matthias have such positive recollections of their time there. She was in a class all by herself. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time. We will let you know about the arrangements as soon as we have them. Terri was extremely remarkable both as a music and art instructor.
The children adored the sense of playfulness and inventiveness that she brought into the classroom. Her Christmas performances were nothing short of fantastic. Sending our best wishes and prayers to her family. You can find further details by googling the obituary of Terri Bensch.
