Syrmo Saroglou Obituary, Death – Syrmo Saroglou, who had a fascinating life and had reached the ripe old age of 94 when he passed away on June 7th, 2023, had a full and exciting life. He might look back on a life well-lived. On October 23, 1928, she was born in the city of Kastoria, which is located in Greece. Her birthday is October 23. The 23rd of October was chosen as her birthday.

Both of her parents, Triantafilos and Anastasia H.  Hatzistavrou, had already passed away before to the birth of their daughter. Their daughter was the only child they ever had together. Only a daughter was born to them during their entire time of being a couple. She is survived by her husband Vasilios, their two daughters Anastasia Daskalis and Maria Roubelakis, all of whom reside in Myrtle Beach; her four grandchildren.

Nickolas, Jamie, Maria, and John Daskalis; her great-grandchildren Yani Daskalis and James Saunders; a cousin and his wife, Konstantinos Karaliotis and Jeanne; and a nephew and his wife, Vasilios Hronis and Tammy. Her son-in-law, John Daskalis, had already passed away prior to her passing, thus he was already a widower when she did. When she did pass away, he became a widower as well.

On Monday, June 12, 2023, at 2:30 o’clock in the afternoon, funeral services will be held at the St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church located in Myrtle Beach. There has been no decision made regarding the timing or date of the services as of yet. (The start of the trisagion service is scheduled to take place at 2:00 in the afternoon.) The burial will take place in Southern Palms Memorial Gardens in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, following the memorial service that is being held there. The state of South Carolina is home to the burial ground in question.
