Suicide La Roche Sur Yon – On Thursday evening, June 8, at approximately six o’clock, a man who was 51 years old passed away after falling to his death from the bridge that looks out over the flaneries roundabout at the entrance to La Roche-sur-Yon (Vendée). The cause of death was a fall from the bridge. In spite of the efforts of those who gave emergency medical treatment, it was discovered that he had already passed dead at the scene of the accident. It was determined that he had passed away at the site.
After the occurrence, a participant in the event who required medical assistance was transported to the nearest hospital. An second male witness to the incident who was located close to the victim was taken to the hospital by the firefighters who responded to the site. The witness was located near the victim. This witness had injuries as a result of the incident as well. At the end of the day, the flow of traffic on the level of the 2×2 lanes as well as the flaneries roundabout was significantly affected due to the combination of a number of various factors.
