Ryan Conklin Motorcycle Accident, Death -mBecause of an incident in May involving a motorbike that resulted in the deaths of a Conklin couple, a 41-year-old man from Ludington was sentenced to perform 150 hours of community service and faces the possibility of spending a year in jail if he gets into any legal issues.

On Tuesday, December 4, the Mason County District Court handed down a sentence to Matthew Ryan Millspaugh, who was charged with a charge of a traffic offense causing death. Millspaugh was driving a minivan that crossed the center line of U.S. Route 31 in Mason County and collided with an oncoming cycle that was being driven by Gary and Carol Berenbrock, both of whom were in their fifties.

On May 27, the collision took place close to Fountain Road. Carol Berenbrock was well-known for her work as an employee at One Trick Pony and the Cottage Bar in Grand Rapids. Her husband, Gary Berenbrock, was the leader of the family business, which was called W.B. Haulers & Storage. Millspaugh entered a guilty plea to the one-year misdemeanor charge in court earlier today.
