Ross Riggs Obituary, Death – We were shocked to hear about the passing of Chief Ross Riggs, PHD, and during this trying time, we would like his family to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers. We were taken aback when we heard he had passed away. During the years 1991 to 1998, Ross held the position of Chief of Police in the city of Louisville, which is located in the state of Kentucky.
It is a well-known fact that when he was serving as Chief of Police, he was responsible for introducing a lot of new management strategies into the department, and it is widely believed that he was the one who was responsible for doing so. This is something that he carried out while he had that position in the organization.
He was able to make a significant improvement in the lives of the residents that he had taken an oath to protect while he was performing his duties as a law enforcement officer while he was earning the reputation of being a highly regarded police leader during the time that he spent working as a law enforcement officer.
