His father, Newman Lee Mayfield, III, and his stepfather, Billy Dale Webb, both predeceased him. His children, Doris Marie Whitten and Kenneth Earl Moore, as well as his siblings Monica Morris, Brian Moore, and Bradley Davis, as well as his nephews Nicholas, Logan Moore, Micah Moore, Joshua Harrison, and Matthew Davis, as well as his great-nephews Braiden, Jaxson Harrison, and Miles Moore, survive him. He is also survived by his son Ryan Thornton Moore.
Donna Louise Webb, the mother of his children, his uncle Michael Gilley, his cousins Jake and Josh Gilley, Ron, Michael Webb, and Karen White, his step-siblings, and his cousins Ella, Emma, and Eva. Visitation will take place at the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418) on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023 from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. On June 7th, 2023, at 1:00 PM, a funeral ceremony will be place in the chapel of the Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home (2022 N Center St, Bonham, TX 75418).
