
Rodger Lerohl Obituary, Death – Doctor Rodger On June 1, 2023, Carl Lerohl, 85, died quietly while sleeping in his Flossmoor, Illinois, home. Orien and Eunice Lerohl welcomed him into the world on August 5, 1937, in Blackfoot, Idaho. The four sons Robert (Christine), Eric (Val), Nate (Lorenna), and Chris (finance Amy Sanaghan), along with their 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson, survive Rodger.
He also leaves behind Karen Marie Davis, whom he married on August 28, 1964, in the Salt Lake City, Utah Temple. Rodger was raised in Ogden, Utah, and went to Ben Lomond High School with his only brother Jerry, who is deceased. He joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints when he was a young man and served in the National Guard for 8 years.
He launched his own plumbing company in Ogden after becoming a journeyman plumber. He gave up his lucrative business to accept a call to serve a two-year church mission in Canada and the New England States. Prior to earning his degree from Northwestern Dental School in 1968, Rodger attended BYU and Weber State University. He worked as a dentist in Chicago and the south suburbs on 30 North Michigan for more than 50 years.
