Robert Dalziel Obituary, Death – As a result of hearing the tragic news that Robert (Bob) Dalziel AM has died away, each and every one of us is in a state of profound melancholy. Mr. Dalziel became a member of the Foundation Board of Directors in 2004 and remained in that role until 2015. During that period, he was also a member of the Foundation for life. As a consequence of his loss, we are going through a profound period of grieving right now.
We are still in a state of denial and cannot believe it after receiving the news of his leaving; we are still in this situation. Robert (Bob) Dalziel AM worked for the company from 2004 to 2015, during which time he was also a member of the Board of Directors. His employment at the company spanned the period from 2004 until 2015.
My deepest condolences go out to Bob’s family and to everyone else in the Victorian rugby community who knew and cared about him. I pray that he finds eternal rest. In addition, my most sincere condolences go out to persons working in the business and nonprofit sectors who were close to him and whose lives have been significantly disrupted as a direct result of his passing away.
I say a prayer that he will finally be able to find peace and that he will be able to abide in that place for the length of eternity. Because of everything that Bob has done for us over the course of all these years, he is deserving of our most sincere gratitude. To put it simply, we owe him an immeasurable amount of gratitude.
