Megan Hazzard Obituary, Death – The identify of the woman who was killed in the event that took place early on Wednesday morning on northbound Interstate 69 close to Union Chapel Road has been made public by the Allen County Coroner’s Office. According to reports, the occurrence took occurred somewhere in the vicinity of Union Chapel Road. The event took held in the community that was located near the Union Chapel Road exit.
Megan Hazzard, who was 24 years old at the time, was identified as the woman in question, and it was found that she was the one in question. She was originally from the city of Louisville in Kentucky. The coroner was able to determine the identity of the person who passed away. The crash occurred on Wednesday about 3:30 in the morning close to mile marker 317, which can be found to the north of the exit for Union Chapel Road.
The authorities are under the impression that Hazzard was the driver of the vehicle, and despite the fact that she was taken to a nearby hospital following the collision in order to be treated for her injuries, they suspect that she did not live for a significant amount of time after arriving there. They allege that she did not live for very long after being taken to the hospital and that she eventually passed away there.
The conditions of both of the people who were riding in the vehicle at the time of the incident have been classified as being extremely critical, as stated in the reports. Both of these individuals were in the vehicle when the incident took place. According to the report from the coroner, Hazzard went dead as a result of “multiple blunt impact injuries,” and his passing marks the 17th individual to lose their life in Allen County so far in 2018 as a direct result of an incident involving a fatal motor vehicle collision. Both the Fort Wayne Police Department and the Coroner’s Office are currently conducting their own separate investigations into the car collision that occurred earlier today.
