Justin Filteau Obituary, Death – We would want to take this opportunity to remember and honor our former coach, Justin Filteau, who passed away recently. When Justin suddenly and unexpectedly left the team when we were on the road together heading to Regina for a game, the rest of us were caught off guard.
We played our 2019 season with the intention of winning the WWCFL championship in the same year, in memory of Justin, who was a member of our team. That objective was one that we were able to accomplish with ease. Fiilteau was the only student in the class that he was enrolled in. He was the most giving person you’d ever meet, as well as smart and friendly, and he had the most infectious laugh.
We will be forever glad that we were able to spend time with him and his two greatest hobbies, football and the Valkyries. During that time, we were able to share both of these interests. Filteau, your Valkyries family will never stop loving you and missing you, and you will never be forgotten by any of them.
Even though we are aware that death is a natural and unavoidable component of life, we are never quite ready to say goodbye to a friend or family member permanently. No one ever wants to go through the anguish of losing a loved one since the accompanying emotion has the ability to drive people apart and is difficult for everyone.
No one ever wants to go through that. When someone offers their condolences or expresses their sadness, their goal is to communicate as much compassion, care, and connection with the person who is suffering as they possibly can. It may be difficult to describe how you are genuinely feeling when faced with circumstances that are so laden with emotion.
