Jay B Obituary, Death, Funeral Details

John Drew Elliot Obituary, Death – An outstanding illustration of making the most of one’s opportunities in life. My mother was the object of his tremendous adoration, and he ensured that we had a privileged upbringing by surrounding us with our extended family and lifelong friends, as well as providing us with an education in history, music, dancing, and religion, as well as taking us to Carolina football games.

His most memorable experiences took place near the ocean, whether he was spending the day on boats at Topsail or sitting on the deck of his beach house and looking up at the stars. Swimming off the dock was a favorite activity for his grandkids, who frequently visited their grandfather at their property on Lake Wylie, which served as a social hub for family and friends.

He was always looking for new ways to connect with other people and leave them with experiences that will last with them for the rest of their lives. He fought a lifelong battle against an illness that could not be cured and did everything in his power to do so; but, throughout it all, he kept an optimistic outlook, a strong will, and consideration for others. He was so lovely that nurses would vie with one another to take care of him when he was a patient.

His mind was as sharp as a tack up to the very second when he breathed his last breath, even while we read about sports in North Carolina and gazed out over the river. As with everything else in his life, he completed the task in his own unique fashion. We would like to extend our thanks to everyone who has helped us and supported us during this journey. There are an incredible number of angels, and the depth of our gratitude is difficult to put into words.
On Sunday at one o’clock in the afternoon, the funeral service will be held at St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, which is located on 7th Street.
