James Trocchi Obituary, Death – Chief John Brady regrets to inform you of the passing of retired Patrol Officer James P. Trocchi on Saturday, June 3, 2023 on behalf of the men and women of the Dennis Police Department. The age of Ptl. Trocchi was 73. For almost thirty years, he proudly served the Town of Dennis as a police officer. He was regarded as a diligent and proactive officer who loved traffic safety and consistently followed through with his investigations.
He had further specialties in property enforcement and bike patrol. When Officer Trocchi wasn’t on duty, you could find him umpiring baseball games at all levels throughout the Cape as a devoted player and fan.
