
Frank Centanni – A man from Verona was taken into custody by the State Police for being in possession of material related to the sexual exploitation of children. Frank Centanni, 77, a resident of Verona, New Jersey, was apprehended by the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit as a direct result of reports that were filed to the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) through CyberTip.
These reports were sent to the NCMEC by the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. The United States Secret Service, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Verona Police Department all contributed to the successful completion of this mission.
A first appearance hearing has been scheduled for Frank Centanni in the Essex County Correctional Center, where he has been booked. He is currently being held on the charges that he possessed and distributed child sexual exploitation and abuse material (CSE/AM), and these accusations are the reason for his detention.
