Earline G. McKinnes Obituary, Death –  Earline G. McKinnes, who lived in Union Springs, Alabama, and was 64 years old when she died away, did so in a peaceful manner, and the Carter Funeral Home is delighted to inform everyone that she has passed away. Ms. McKinnes passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, in the privacy of her own home. She was surrounded by her loving and loyal family members at the time of her passing.

In the days leading up to her passing, these family members had been attending to her well-being and providing care for her. The viewing will take place on the same day as the Commemoration of Life service, which will be held at Carter Funeral Home on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The general public is invited to attend the viewing, which will take place from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 pm and continuing until 5:00 pm.

On the Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 2:00 pm, the Farewell Life Celebration is going to take place in the sanctuary of the St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church in Union Springs, Alabama. At the funeral service, the eulogy will be delivered by Henry J. Fowler, who serves as the pastor of the Mount Calvary and Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Churches. Both of these congregations currently have Henry J. Fowler serving as their pastor.

Following the conclusion of the funeral service, the body of the deceased person will be laid to rest in the Mount Calvary Baptist Cemetery. In accordance with the COVID-19 Protocols, it is essential of all attendees that appropriate facial coverings be worn, that social distance be maintained, and that minimal physical contact be kept. In addition, it is suggested that limited physical contact be maintained. This request is being made in accordance with the procedures outlined in COVID-19, which were just discussed.
