
Dylan Wilson Obituary, Death – The identity of the person who was fatally shot by law enforcement at a shopping center in Sparks has been unearthed and established. Dylan Wilson, age 29, was shot many times on Tuesday evening, which ultimately led to his death. He was found dead the following day. It is said that he lived on the streets at one point.
According to the findings of the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office, which determined that gunshot wounds were the cause of death for Wilson, Wilson suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the head, torso, and upper extremities. The office also found that gunshot wounds were the contributing factor in Wilson’s death.
The incident with the gunshot took occurred on May 30 at around 9:30 p.m. at the Iron Horse Shopping Center, which can be found off Prater Way. The scenario became more serious when the authorities received numerous calls to 911 reporting a male and a female arguing, with the female yelling for assistance. This caused the situation to worsen. According to subsequent reports, the same person was brandishing a “machete” at the time of the incident, during which he was also involved in a verbal confrontation with another man.
During this time, he was also reportedly arguing with the other man. When the officers arrived, they attempted to make contact with the armed person, who was later determined to be Wilson, but Wilson managed to flee on foot from the officers. Wilson was later identified as the suspect. Wilson is said to have stopped after only going a short distance, produced a knife, and then charged at the officers afterward, according to the authorities. After being shot by law enforcement, Wilson was taken to a hospital, but he was pronounced dead not long after he arrived there.
