Demarcus George Missing – Two males from Little Rock have entered guilty pleas to the charges of rape and conspiracy to conduct sex trafficking. Both charges stem from the same incident. The events that led to these allegations took place four years ago, when a young girl of six years old was taken to the hospital with symptoms of sexually transmitted illnesses. Both charges are associated with the same claimed act of misconduct.
The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas announced on Wednesday afternoon that 27-year-old Demarcus George pled guilty in federal court. George was charged with a crime related to drug trafficking. This incident took place on the very same day that a young girl, who had just turned six years old at the time, was admitted to the hospital with the same sexually transmitted diseases that George himself had at the time.
He entered his guilty plea at the same time as his co-defendant Mario Waters, 33, who had done the same thing one week earlier. Mario Waters had committed the same offense. They stated in their statements that they had sexual intercourse with the minor and that they were involved in the smuggling of her along with other persons.
Additionally, they admitted that they were involved in the smuggling of other people. Additionally, they admitted that they had sexual intercourse with the younger person. As a direct result of their guilty pleas, their forthcoming jury trial, which was supposed to begin on November 15 but was practically canceled as a result of their guilty pleas, has been effectively canceled.
