Dave Hucker Obituary, Death – I’m simply so sorry to hear of the demise of Dave Hucker, a true musical giant, exceptional DJ, and keeper of a wealth of musical knowledge. He was also hilarious and once actually saved my life. He was the coordinator and DJ for one of the greatest club nights I’ve ever attended in London: Thursday Night at the Sol Y Sombra, which opened my eyes and ears.
To say that I am shocked to hear this awful news is an understatement. I was just chatting about him today. Simply put, I have such wonderful recollections of this Man.
Throughout David’s life he has lived in Libertyville, Grayslake, Round Lake, Oxford, Wisconsin Dells and for the last almost 5 years back in Grayslake with his daughter Connie and son-in law Greg Larson until his passing. David loved life, he was a true fighter… all the way. David was born July 25, 1932 in Libertyville to Horace John Sr. and Marie V. Larsen Kick. The family ran several farms throughout their stay in Libertyville.
