CawDawg, 46, died June 6, 2023. His family includes Tina Whitley, who has been his wife for the past 37 years; his parents, John Lee and Barb Whitley; his children Timothy Helms, Savannah Helms and Dave, Dillon Whitley (wife, Kayla), Dalton Whitley and Abby, Carter Whitley and Alexis Whitley; his grandchildren Rayllon Whitley, Mykinlee Whitley, Raygon Whitley, Cheznee Whitley, Brinley Hill, Blaine Hill, Conner Courtois, and Hay
On December 22, 2016, CawDawg lost his son, Colin Keith Whitley, his brother, Brandon Whitley, his grandparents, John and Edith Whitley, and a dear friend, “Big John” Gibson. Colin Keith Whitley was CawDawg’s only son. Brandon Whitley was CawDawg’s only sibling. Big John Gibson was another friend who stuck close by.
On the evening of Sunday, June 11, 2023, from five until eight o’clock, the gathering will take place at the DeClue Funeral Home. On Monday, June 12, 2023, from 11 am to 1 pm, there will be a continuation of the visitation. A funeral service is scheduled to take place at the DeClue Memorial Chapel on the 12th of June, 2023 at one o’clock in the afternoon.
