Amy Kalama Car Acciddent,

Carey Walls Car Accident, Death –  A pedestrian was reportedly struck and killed by a vehicle that was being driven by a 16-year-old boy on a roadway in North Las Vegas. The driver of the vehicle was apparently under the age of 18. According to the records that were filed by the police, the event took place on a roadway.

According to Sergeant Carey Wall of the North Las Vegas Police Department, the collision was reported to have occurred at approximately 6:41 in the morning close to the intersection of Carey Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard. According to the claims that were made by Wall in an email, investigators with the NLVPD’s fatal squad believe that a guy in a wheelchair was crossing Carey outside of a marked crosswalk when he was hit by a Mitsubishi Montero travelling east when he was hit by the car. These investigators believe this since the man was crossing Carey after the crosswalk had been marked off.

It was revealed at the scene of the accident that the person behind the wheel of the Mitsubishi was a male juvenile aged 16 years old. The driver of the Mitsubishi was determined to be this individual. According to Wall, who is a member of the team that is conducting the inquiry, there is evidence that suggests that both the driver and the pedestrian were under the influence of alcohol when the accident occurred.

The driver, who has not been identified at this time, is scheduled to have a blood sample collected before being transported to the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center. In addition to committing a number of felonies, the driver is suspected of driving under the influence of alcohol, which led to the death of another person. The driver will be detained at the scene. At this point, the investigation into the factors that contributed to the crash is still ongoing.
