Breda O’Reilly Obituary, Death – Breda O’Reilly, who was originally known as Breda Delaney, passed away on June 8th, 2023 at the residence of her daughter-in-law Kathleen, which was located at Cappalug, Killeshin, Carlow. At the time of her demise, she was surrounded by the loving members of her family who had been devoted to her. Beloved wife of Martin, who passed away prior to her; much-loved mother of Eamon, who also passed away prior to her; beloved grandma of Martin, Niamh, and Katelyn; and treasured mother-in-law of Kathleen. Martin and Eamon both passed away before to her.
Both Martin and Eamon passed away before she did. Her loving great-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, and friends will all be saddened by her departure and find it challenging to move on without her. May the kind spirit of Breda rest in peace for all of eternity.
Reposing on Friday beginning at 4 p.m. and continuing throughout the day on Saturday at the home of her daughter-in-law’s daughter Kathleen (Eircode: R93 PC91), with prayers being held at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday evening. On Sunday at 12.30 p.m., the deceased’s body will be transported to The Holy Cross Church in Killeshin, where the funeral mass will begin at 1 p.m. The transfer will take place via her residence.
The burial will take place in the cemetery that is close to the church after the service has concluded. Only the family should receive flowers at this time. Donations to St. Fiacc’s House in Graiguecullen can be sent in lieu of sending flowers to the family.
