Albert Soo Obituary, Soo’s Drug Store Owner Has Passed Away

Albert Soo Obituary,

Albert Soo Obituary, Death – It is with profound regret that we must inform you of the demise of Albert Soo, the man who established Soo’s Drug Store. In 1959, Albert started Soo’s Drug Store in Nettleton, Arkansas. Shortly thereafter, he relocated the business to the University Shopping Center in Jonesboro, which attracted a great deal of custom during the course of its existence.

There is a fair possibility that you have a recall of Soo’s Drug if you lived in the area around Jonesboro throughout the 1960s through the 1990s. You most likely interacted with Mr. Albert at some point during your visit to the drugstore, whether it was to get medicine for a member of your family who was ill, to enjoy a milkshake at the soda fountain, or to wait in line to purchase the most recent Ty Beanie Babies.

Because of all of the effort that he put into running this pharmacy, Soo’s Drug has become an integral part of the Jonesboro community’s approach to medical care. We have high hopes that we will be able to carry on the heritage that he established and continue to look after new and older generations of families that have made Soo’s Drug their pharmacy.

During this difficult time, we ask that you continue to keep Shirley Soo and the rest of the Soo family in your thoughts and prayers. On Thursday afternoon (the 8th of June), we will have a very limited number of people working at the pharmacy so that our staff members can pay their respects to Mr. Soo. We ask that you extend your patience to our workers during these times.
